ScS stands for “Sofa Carpet Specialist” and we are one of the UK’s leading retailers of furniture and flooring.
Are ScS and DFS the same company ?

Does SCS remove old carpet?
A: We can upgrade your old carpet/flooring, but for health and safety reasons we cannot dispose of old flooring. (However, the installer will pack it up and ensure your belongings are left clean.)

Furniture and flooring company ScS will retain all of its franchises with House of Fraser close after sale fs numbers have fallen by more than half after the ailing department store chain was bought by Mike Ashle, reports y’s Sports Direct. If you order items with different shipping costs, you will only be charged the highest standard price. For example, if you choose a sofa, rug and lamp you will be charged £59.00 for delivery. Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries outside of a 30 mile radius of a ScS store.
How much does SCS charge for carpet installation?
Current carpet installation costs are: 3.25 £ per square meter, with a minimum charge of £45 for hallways, stairs and landings or £35 for all other spaces. £5.00 additional surcharge per stair for fitting carpeting on open or wraparound stairways.

How long does delivery take from ScS Sofas ?
We aim to deliver your order within two working days and our two man delivery team is on duty Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. We understand that many of our customers can’t take a day off during the week, so we also offer a Saturday delivery service at an additional cost.
Can I change my order with SCS?
We at ScS understand that circumstances can change and that you may need to cancel your order or return a product that you have purchased from us. Whatever your reason, as with any purchase, your order from ScS is a legal agreement.
