How can I integrate yoga and meditation (as a beginner) into my busy work life?

Occasionally give attention to the inner being.

Let the life energy flow from the feet to the head and vice versa

Honesty towards yourself and others.

Self-knowledge, to admit your feelings, to know, to become conscious, to express, to purify.
Forgive yourself and the others.

Speak with and listen to Great Spirit/creator, as a friend and counselor asking what ye need.

His: Unity, unconditional love, forgiveness, general interest

I: Individual, self-interest, needy, selfishness, desire,

Pain, hurt, shame, anger, hatred, revenge, violence.

Unconscious, imbied, cleft, ignorant.

The deeds, feelings, thoughts, words come back to the owner, the perpetrator.

It is important to try to know the position and interests of others so that in a possible dispute the interests of both parties can be respected.

The mighty abuse their supremacy at the service of self-interest, selfishness.

The authorizing tones are misbehaving, looking down at the faint they see as inferior.

The mighty still deny their cruel crimes against the weak.

The way forward for the unconscious, imperfect man is to raise awareness of his feelings and innerness, ask forgiveness, give forgiveness and forgive himself.

The path is growing in self-knowledge, knowledge of great Spirit (Intelligent energy that bears the universe) and relaxing in joy.

The dance between me and his, a consciousness path whereby I can integrate and express each time more being.

Life is a psychodrama school.The actual harvest of a life is truth, wisdom, honesty, capacity to unconditional love, to empathy, to see the other as someone with the same rights and interests as yourself. More light, a greater proportion of being able to integrate through awareness into the I, is also the valuable thing that man can take to the next less physical (spiritual) worlds.

Man is a consciousness with about 7 bodies.At death, man leaves the physical and energetic body behind and continues to live in another less physical world with the other bodies: the feelings, the thought, the ‘ unconditional love ‘, the ‘ will of the creator ‘, ‘ The miracle ‘. With each body there is a corresponding world of coarse material to fine material.

An angel is a creature without a physical body that has purified his emotional and mind body and lives in a less physical world.In each dimension the ‘ consciousness-being ‘ probably has a different name.

The coarse world is a classroom, a field of work where the nature of the lower three-part bodies in the fire of the experience is refined, so that the spiritual light and love can shine through.This awareness process continues through the cycle through the two next, less physical worlds, that of feelings and thought.

An effective form of meditation ensures that there is more room in your daily life.Transcendental Meditation brings the active spirit to the level of absolute transcendent silence, which lies at the basis of any kind of spiritual activity. This basic rest has the consequence that more space comes into a busy life. Because a busy life is nothing but an overburdened mind that is unable to create order in the chaos. The source of thought, the ground state of the spirit, pure consciousness, is the basis of existence. From there functioning, all mental processes are fed with renewed energy and insights. Many problems spontaneously find a solution at the absolute level of the mind. A busy life is therefore much more effective, less stressed SSD and much more enjoyable.

In The TM culture, Yoga, and by that we mean Hatha Yoga, or body poses, is mainly used as a preparation for the meditation practice.This results in deeper meditation experiences.

The word Yoga means unity.Yoga is the state of unity with the infinite eternal cosmic dimension that can be achieved by reducing spiritual activity, transcending it.

Maharishi Patanjali, who lived many centuries ago, has described this in the Yoga sutras.They consist of 4 chapters: 1. The mind brought to rest, 2. Treat the path, 3. Extension and 4. Self realization.

Chapter 1 explains what a resting mind means:

1: Now the lesson begins in Yoga

2: Yoga is establishing the spirit in (absolute) silence

3: If the Spirit is established in silence, then we are stabilized in our essential nature or nature, which is equal to unbounded consciousness.

4: The essential nature or nature is usually overshadowed by the activity of the spirit.

We can therefore draw two important conclusions from this:

1.The basis of the spirit is unbounded consciousness

2.Daily activity overshadowed this unbounded base of mind.

Twice a day 20 minutes TM ensures that the limitless consciousness is also integrated with the daily bounded life.This means that our daily always troubled mind finds an anchor and thus becomes much more powerful and productive with less effort and energy.
